Many thanks to the Cities of Bangor and Brewer, who have donated most of the land parcels that these homes reside on.
Providing this opportunity is a winning situation for both the Cities and for Habitat for Humanity. We get a location to build a home for a partnering family and the City moves a vacant land parcel from non-tax status onto the tax rolls.
We have also recently received land from private donations of two individuals. Thank you so much!
